Christine told Sian and Bill and millions of BBC Breakfast viewers: "My sons death was totally avoidable. The men and women I am exposing knew BSE had severe implications for human health at the earliest states...they hold the smoking gun that killed my son." she continued "I want these men and women publicly and legally accountable for his avoidable death."
